To file an online claim for a product under warranty, click the File A Claim button below in the appropriate product category to start the warranty claims process. On the following page you will learn about the required steps necessary to file a claim, then follow the easy claim process.

Before You File A Claim Online You Should:

• Review Your Warranty: You have read your warranty and your Latham product is within the Pro-Rated warranty period.
• Confirm You Are Covered: Your Latham product has an issue that is covered under warranty.
• Prepare Your Materials: You have prepared all of the necessary materials to submit your warranty claim.

Once you have reviewed your warranty, confirmed you are covered and you have prepared your materials, then simply click the File A Claim button below in the appropriate product category to start the warranty claims process.
